Do I need my own domain?
Yes. We don't sell domains, so you'll need one from any domain registrar first. Enter it when you order, and we'll send you everything you need to point it at your new hosting. Our getting started guide walks you through it.
Which location should I choose?
Pick the one closest to most of your visitors: Las Vegas for the US west coast and the Americas, New York for the US east coast, or Amsterdam for Europe and for keeping data in the EU. Prices are the same everywhere. Compare locations.
Can you move my existing website?
Yes, for free. Order a plan, then open a support ticket and we'll move your files, databases and email from your current host.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed yearly, starting at $20 a year, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel from the client portal at any time.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move to a bigger or smaller plan at any time. Just open a ticket and we'll change it for you.
What if it isn't right for me?
Shared hosting comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Cancel within 7 days of signing up for a refund, minus any non-refundable fees such as software licences. See our Terms of Service for details.
